Service Standards & Service Level Agreements

We will agree on the deliverables and draw up a Service Level Agreement in which we agree upfront on the obligations of each party. Below are the guidelines to our minimum deliverables  if all documentation is submitted.

  • Registration and acknowledgement of claim : 24hrs
  • Appointment of Assessor : 24hours
  • Authorization of repairs : 24hrs on receipt of assessor`s report.
  • Total Loss settlement : 14 days on receipt of signed release form.
  • Theft of vehicle : 21 days

Where reinsurers are involved all our contracts carry a cut-through clause which enables the policyholder to receive claims proceeds from reinsurers directly. Specimen wordings are available upon request.
