Maureen has more than sixteen years of demonstrated achievement and knowledge of short-term insurance processes and business management, having worked in various capacities in short-term insurance companies. Her areas of expertise and achievement include Underwriting, Claims Management, Customer Services, Relationship Management, Communications, and Planning. She has a strong managerial background, is self-driven and self-reliant.She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Insurance and Risk Management Honours Degree. Her professional qualifications include Associateship with the Insurance Institute of South Africa, Certificate of Proficiency and Diploma in Insurance with the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe, and a National Certificate in Marketing with HEXCO.
